What data do we process?

Alien.vision is committed to protecting the privacy rights of data subjects.

We collect the personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in hiring, joining, or contacting us. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, and job titles.

We also use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels, ad tags, and device identifiers).

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small piece of data that we send to your browser when you visit our website. Once your computer accepts it or "takes the cookie," it is stored on your computer as an identification tag. Cookies are generally used to measure website usage (e.g., the number of visitors and the duration of a visit) and efficiency (e.g., topics of interest to our visitors). Cookies can also be used to personalize a user experience on our website. If necessary, users can turn off cookies via browser settings.

How do we process your information?

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Ensuring the correct functioning of the website, providing access to the website, preventing hacker attacks, and statistical measurements necessary to make the website available.

 - Conducting statistical measurements other than those described above.
 - Marketing our own services.
 - Conducting single recruitment processes.
 - Conducting future recruitment processes.

Therefore, the legal basis for processing your personal data is GDPR Art. 6, which is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We may share your information with other trusted third-party processors who perform certain activities necessary to provide you with our services. We may also share your information with entities with whom you enter into sales agreements via our website. We may be required by law to share your personal information with state authorities under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR. We will not transfer your data to third countries beyond the European Economic Area without observing the requirements of applicable laws. If we do transfer your data to a third party for any reason other than proper performance of a contract or with your consent, we will do so in accordance with the GDPR's provisions, including Article 45 or 46. If Article 45 applies, we may transfer your personal data to a third country without a special permit if the European Commission has determined that the country provides appropriate safeguards. If Article 46 applies, we may transfer your data if appropriate safeguards are in place and if the legal system of the third country provides enforceable rights for individuals and effective legal protection.

How lond do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

What are your privacy rights?
Subject to the relevant provisions of GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data. You may also exercise your right to data portability or object to your personal data processing.
Should you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you are entitled to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
Please note, that if your data is processed on the basis of your consent, you always have a right to withdraw the consent. This will not affect, however, the legality of previous data processing.
In all cases above just contact post@alien.vision.

How can you contact us about this Privacy Policy?
